Order Change / Cancellation Policy

hunter-thermostats.com will allow changes to orders or cancellations. Email with your changes or cancellation before the item ships.

If your order has already shipped, you still have the opportunity to refuse shipment by UPS or return the item through our normal return process for a refund minus original shipping costs.

Defective Items or Warranty Issues

Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same product if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise, we will only replace with same product.

Return postage of defective merchandise back to the fulfillment warehouse will be paid by Hunter Fan.

30 Day “No Hassle” Return Policy
You may return any non-defective item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All items must be unused and in their original packaging and must include all manuals, cords, warranty cards, etc. Items that have been used, installed, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in saleable condition and are not eligible for return. When we receive the item your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price less the cost of original shipping and a restocking fee and the customer pays shipping for the return item. hunter-thermostats.com may charge restocking fees of 10%.
